On behalf of the 68 homeowners of La Posada Ranch at Pinnacle Peak, welcome to our community website!   Our community occupies a special portion of the Upper Sonoran desert in North Scottsdale, with magnificent views of Pinnacle Peak to the north, the McDowells to the southeast and the city lights below.  We take great pride in maintaining architectural and landscape features in harmony with our desert environment, and always look forward to welcoming new owners into our community.  Our homeowners' association strives to carry out its modest responsibilities as effectively and efficiently as possible, and this community website will help facilitate communications with our owners.  Whether you are a present owner or are interested in joining our community, I welcome your questions and comments at any time.  Thank you!
